1897(Oct 21st). Stampless French Consular cover to Chalons Sur Saone with red Tampico Vice Consular cachet at left and different type on reverse. Thence via Paris with blue Ministry of Foreign Affairs cachet-deleted by Paris cds and thus taxed on arrival
1897(Nov 7th). Great Britain ½d orange printed matter stationery envelope used to Yucatan, Mexico from London with scarce oval ‘Officina de Correos En Tampico-E.De.Tamaulipas’ applied in transit in black on front. Stamp missing.
